Pembrolizumab 是一种人源化抗体,为 PD-1 的抑制剂,用于癌症免疫的研究。

Pembrolizumab 派姆单抗是一种有效的、高选择性的、人源IgG4-kappa单克隆抗体,同时也是抑制剂,靶向PD-1,具有潜在的免疫检查点抑制活性和抗肿瘤活性。PD-1 与派姆单抗的结合位于 PD-1 的 C'D 环上。MW:146.286 KD。

除了黑素瘤和肺癌,pembrolizumab在其他晚期实体肿瘤和恶性血液病中同样也具有疗效。Pembrolizumab具有在可接受范围的副作用,在具有晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者中,具有抗肿瘤活性
