Ivonescimab 可与 VEGF 形成可溶性复合物 (通过 SEC-HPLC 检测)。 Ivonescimab is a pioneering humanized tetravalent bispecific antibody that targets PD-1 and VEGF-A, exhibiting immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenic, and anti-tumor activities. This innovative therapy is currently under development for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors, including breast cancer, liver cancer, and gastric cancer. The molecular weight of Ivonescimab is 201.12 kDa.
