靶点及简介 ：Zoledronic acid is a third-generation heterocyclic nitrogen-containing bisphosphonate that inhibits the prenylation of GTPases critical to the signaling events related to osteoclast-mediated bone resorption.

体外研究：

唑来膦酸一水合物在0.5μM时诱导HGF和HaCaT细胞凋亡，并导致1-5μM的细胞死亡[1]。在治疗24,48和72小时后，唑来膦酸（50,100μM）在CNE-2Z细胞中引起剂量和时间依赖性细胞凋亡。唑来膦酸（50μM）也可以增加ROS水平，ROS可以介导CNE-2Z细胞中Cl-电流的激活。此外，Zoledronic Acid诱导的细胞凋亡和氯离子电流可以通过敲低ClC-3蛋白表达来阻断[2]。
