CAY10465是一种有效的选择性芳烃受体（AhR）激动剂，Ki值为0.2 nM。CAY10465在100 µM时对雌激素受体（estrogen receptor）也没有活性，不能作为雌激素受体的配体。CAY10465（0.01 nM-100 μM）降低HepG2细胞中载脂蛋白A-I（apo A-I）的水平，并抑制该蛋白的合成。
体外研究：
CAY 10465（化合物4i）是一种选择性和高亲和力的AhR受体激动剂，Ki为0.2 nM，对雌激素受体没有影响（Ki> 100000 nM）[1]。 CAY 10465（0.01 nM-100μM）降低HepG2细胞中的载脂蛋白AI（apo AI）水平，并抑制蛋白质的合成[2]。
